Mail non-winning Kansas Lottery 25th Anniversary Cruise tickets for a chance to win 8-day, 7-night cruise for two on Royal Caribbean International® the “Oasis of the Seas”, “Allure of the Seas” or comparable vessels in a second chance drawing June 9, 2012, at Riverfest in Wichita, Kan.

If this ticket wins a Riverfest admission button, present it to anyone in the Kansas Lottery Booth at Riverfest from June 1 through June 9, 2012 to receive your button OR you may enter this ticket into the second-chance drawing.

If this ticket is redeemed for a button it is no longer eligible as an entry for the second chance drawing.

To Enter Second Chance Drawing:

  • Use any non-winning Kansas Lottery 25th Anniversary Cruise instant ticket.
  • Legibly enter one name, complete address and telephone number in the area indicated on the back of the ticket.
  • Place one or more entries into an envelope.
  • Affix proper postage and mail to:

  • No later than 5:00 p.m. on June 5, 2012 entries may be deposited into any receptacle specifically designated for this drawing by the Lottery.
  • Players may also deposit entries for the drawing at the 2012 Riverfest Kansas Lottery selling location in Wichita, Kan. from June 1 through June 9, 2012 at 6:00 p.m.

Grand Prize:

  • 8 days and 7 nights lodging for two in a premium ocean view balcony stateroom on Royal Caribbean International®. Prize also includes first-class round trip airfare from Kansas City, MO to Fort Lauderdale, FL, round trip ground transfers to/from airports to the ship, $1000 in ship’s credit for entertainment/ excursions plus $500 spending money, deluxe hotel room the night before departure, luggage set, mandatory federal and state income withholding taxes and other applicable initial taxes and fees for this prize.
  • A total of four Caribbean cruise prize packages will be awarded. Certificate expires: January 12, 2014.
  • Each Cruise package with tax and fees is valued at approximately $19,571.43.

General Rules:

  • This drawing is subject to the restrictions contained in the official rules.
  • One drawing for four cruise prize packages will be conducted shortly after 6:00 p.m. June 9, 2012.
  • Kansas Lottery 25th Anniversary Cruises on Royal Caribbean International® have no blackout dates but must be taken within 2 years from the date of the “Kansas Lottery 25th Anniversary Cruise” instant game drawing.
  • Entering this ticket into the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn.
  • A claim form will be sent to the winner.
  • The winners of this drawing must claim their prize within 30 days from the date of the drawing or the person named on the entry will no longer be eligible for the prize. In such an event, the person named on the next eligible entry drawn shall be declared the winner.
  • If this ticket wins a Riverfest admission button those tickets can only be redeemed at the Kansas Lottery Booth at the Riverfest from June 1 through June 9, 2012, to receive your button OR you may enter this ticket into the drawing mentioned above. If this ticket is redeemed for a button it is no longer eligible as an entry for the Royal Caribbean International® drawing.
  • Players may enter the drawing as often as they wish, but may win only one prize package.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
